The Crossroads Care Team serves to “love our neighbors as ourselves,” by responding to real-life needs in our church body. Trained and supported by the Crossroads pastoral staff, the care teams provide confidential care to people facing life's spiritual, emotional, and physical challenges.

Care team members are part of the Crossroads Church family, volunteering help to individuals or families in crisis or difficult times in their lives. Team members give their time and talents in a coordinated effort to meet the needs of the church body.

Whether listening, praying, mentoring, or providing discipleship training and mentoring, the Crossroads Care Team reaches out to people to help in times of need, including:
•    Hospital and home visitation
•    Praying for the sick
•    Walking with people through life’s difficult situations including divorce, marital affairs, job loss, or other crises
•    Discipleship training and mentoring for people in the church body who want to grow in Christ and express a need for guidance and direction
