your life. Credit cards for the first time. Financial pressure. Independence.
Bills. Tax forms. Roommates. Renting an apartment. Owning a house. Questions
about God. Finding a church. Moving from your parents’ faith to
a personal faith. Cultural expectations about drugs, alcohol, entertainment,
how to dress, and fitting in.
The Bridge is a ministry for singles ages 18-30 something at Crossroads
Community Church that desires to connect the gaps in the young adult
generation for the Kingdom of God. We believe that the loving Creator
God of this world delights in taking frail and broken lives, restoring
them by His grace, and moving us toward maturity. As God has and continues
to fill the gaps in our lives, we strive for wholeness and holiness
as a community that unites with others. This journey across life’s
bridge does not exist for selfish fulfillment but for the blessing of
others. We know that we are all at different places, struggling with
different issues, and that we are a work in progress. As we all move
together, the church can be the church, maturity is closer within reach,
and the Kingdom of God takes shape “on earth as it is in heaven.”
We meet weekly in the context of community groups on various nights
and times and on Sunday nights at 6 PM on the church campus for teaching
