Daniel Fusco

Daniel Fusco grew up in a spiritually nominal family and had a radical conversion to Jesus Christ in his final year at Rutgers University. After playing music professionally for a number of years, Daniel felt the call into the pastoral ministry. Before joining Crossroads in 2012, Daniel had planted three churches, Calvary Chapel New Brunswick (2002), Calvary North Bay (2007) and Calvary San Francisco (2010). Daniel’s first book, Ahead of the Curve: Preparing the Church for Post Post-Modernism was released in 2011.

Daniel is married to Lynn and they have two beautiful children, Obadiah and Maranatha. Daniel's love of the unreached keeps him drinking coffee in local coffee shops and playing music around the Portland metro area.

j pesacreta

Growing up in a middle class family outside of San Diego, faith played little part in Johnnie Pesacreta’s family.  In spite of that, while listening to a sermon in a church much like Crossroads, Johnnie accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior.

After spending a number of years searching for a vocational direction in life, which included retail, management, and serving his country in the Air Force, Johnnie felt a call from the Lord in his early 30’s.  A few years after getting married to his wife Mary, they moved to the Pacific Northwest and haven’t looked back!  He served in several churches prior to Crossroads, as well as in many ministries prior to joining the Crossroads staff in 2008.

Johnnie currently serves Crossroads as the Men’s Ministry pastor, and oversees operations, where he is responsible for supervising the organizational activities (HR/Accounting/Building Services/IT) that support the ongoing work and mission of the church.  In addition, he serves on the board of Crossroads, as well as the church Management Team.

He loves making complex things simple, seeing a plan come together, and teaching. His hobbies include reading, photography, driving, and spending time with friends and family.  He and Mary have been at Crossroads since 2003, and they live in Battle Ground with their son Aaron (12) and daughter Emma (10).  Johnnie loves Jesus, his family, and the work to which God has called him.
