We know from Matthew 25:31-46 that God desires that each of us serve Jesus by serving each other. As a church body we experience and believe that there is no better way to get to know people in the church and grow together in Christ than to volunteer and serve together. Our volunteer ministry opportunities are an amazing way to build friendships and family while reaching out and giving back to our church community. With that in mind, we encourage each other at Crossroads to "step up" and live out His love inside and outside the church.

Below (if applicable) is a partial list of opportunities that are currently available!

Current Opportunities

• Bus Drivers - If you have your CDL, we'd love to add your name to our list of bus drivers who can be called upon to help drive for a variety of ministry events.
• LoveNow- If you are a person that like to work for a cause, has some basic sales skills and flexibility, we would be thrilled to add you to our volunteer team! Volunteers help with assembling product, labeling, setting up the kiosk, selling on Sundays, and helping with tear down. Help be part of something making changes around the world! • Thursday Midweek Service - We have several areas in our midweek service that would love extra hands to help!

Ushers and Greeters
Help each person who comes on Thursdays feel welcome by greeting, assisting families with where to go, handing out bulletins and giving a warm, friendly smile.

Kiosk Volunteer
This volunteer will help answer questions at the Info kiosk, assist the ushers and greeters in pointing people to the right locations on campus, and take sign ups.

Weekly Communion Team
Communion is a very sacred and special time to share with our Savior. We're looking for a team to help in setting up and preparing the communion elements each week for the Thursday service, and help with clean up after the service.

Our kids would love to have you be part of their spiritual growth! Sign up to help out in check-in and assisting in classrooms:

We know our guests and potential guests often have questions about our church ministry, so we have collected some of the most common questions that arise:

1. What should I expect when I come to a Sunday service?

Our services are based around worship, a Bible teaching, and a lot of encouragement to live the life God has designed us to live. Our music, language, and style is contemporary, but our roots are deeply traditional (Biblically speaking).

We want you to know you are expected (we look forward to meeting you), welcomed (we have a place for you), and cared for. When you arrive, you can spend time in the lobby, which we call our Family Room, meeting people over coffee or asking questions at our guest services kiosk. Our church is not a building or a denomination, we are the body of Christ. From our greeters, to our ushers, to our pastors and volunteers, we reach out, connect with you, and invite you to join our family. We look forward to spending time with you as we seek God together.

3. Do you care about my kids?

You bet we do! We believe that God's plan from the start has been for our church and our families to work together for the spiritual formation of the next generation. We are committed to share Jesus with your kids and help them to grow in their faith so that their relationship with God becomes something they treasure. We also provide the tools that our parents need to help them become the primary faith influencers of their children.

We sure hope so. We make it a priority to train and equip our volunteers and staff to effectively connect with our visitors to help them feel welcomed and connected to the church body.
