Glorify God With Your Life
Pastor Bill Ritchie
Matthew 6:1-18

Last week in our "Growing" series, Pastor Daniel challenged us from Matthew 5, to live the radical life that Jesus calls us to lead, subversive to the culture we live in. We are going to stay right there this week, and Pastor Bill will explore one of the most radical, opposite of our culture things we can do with our life. It's against everything we see, hear, and feel on a daily basis. We're talking about glorifying Jesus with our life.

Face it: our lives are tailor-made to be all about us. We make ourselves happy throughout the day, and in our off-time, TV shows like American Idol and time-sucking social media websites like Facebook and Pinterest are training us to focus our energy on one thing...putting the spotlight squarely on us, and how wonderful we are. When we take a step back and examine our culture, we can easily see that life is all too often about us. But God wants to bless a life that is all about Him. How do we get there? Find the internal joy in life you desire, and the satisfaction your soul longs for this Sunday, as we break open Matthew 6 together and learn how to "Glorify God With Your Life."

THURSDAY MIDWEEK STUDY

Our Patriarchs series is the second series through the Book of Genesis. This series will be focusing on the three great Fathers of the children of Israel, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The events of their lives, their families and their relationship with God will be fertile soil for us to learn about who God is and how He deals with humanity.

Join us Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM in the Sanctuary for worship, teaching, kids programs and Q & A. Bring a friend and be blessed!
